This is the lower part of Bulevar kralja Aleksandra (King Aleksandar Boulevard), more commonly known as Bulevar revolucije (Boulevard of the Revolution) or simply Bulevar. This is also my new view and neighbourhood, which I’m very pleased about!
The Bulevar is 7.5 km long and runs from Trg Nikole Pasica and the Serbian Parliament, which are in the background of the picture, all the way up to the Mali Mokri Lug neighbourhood, passing through four of Belgrade’s municipalities: Stari Grad, Palilula, Vracar and Zvezdara. You can also see St Mark’s Church towering over the area on the right and the building in the foregroud on the right is Belgrade University’s Law Faculty.

I’d be very pleased, if that’s my new neighbourhood too
Nice one! Great view!
Altho I spotted the church, at first glance, I didn’t have any idea where did you take the picture, until I started to read. Funny how perspective changes… uhm… point of view… if this means anything lol.
